Come Meet Your Classmates!
All Registered 2019 Teacher Training Students are invited to gather and enjoy an hour of delicious Yoga with Kate Healy, Program Director. Bring your Mats, so we can Flow, Breathe, Laugh and Bond. We are going to have a wonderful Year together. After our Yoga Time, we will have a short Sharing Circle, in which we can set our Intention to support one another and to have a fabulous experience as we learn the Art & Science of Teaching Yoga! Kate will bring the first Chapter of your Course Manual along, so that you can get a jump on your Reading and be ready for the January 11 start date of our first Training Weekend.

September 13-15: Restorative Yoga/Meditation
September 27-29: Yoga Philosophy II
Fridays: 5:30-9:30pm, Saturdays: 9am-6pm, Sundays: 1-5pm
Kate Healy Dykes, e-ryt500 has been a member of the National Yoga Alliance since 2001. She has been certifying Teachers under National Yoga Alliance Curriculum since 2001. Kate has certified 20 Instructors in West Tennessee since 2016.

Breathe Easy Women’s Yoga Clubs
Starts January 7, 2019
Join a small group of Yoga-Loving Women for Practice, Study and Support. If you want to Learn to Practice Yoga @ Home, rather than just ‘Do’ Yoga in a Group Class, this Yoga Club is for You!
For thousands of years, Yoga was practiced in one’s personal quiet space, as a tool for centering, breathing, relaxing and reclaiming Personal Health. Join Kate and a few of your friends to study which Postures YOU need, and gain a personal Home Yoga Practice that will certainly last a lifetime.
Meets Monday Eves 6-8pm or Friday Morns 8:30-10:30am
