Somatic bodywork is a hands-on, body-centered approach that pays attention to your lived experience, your comfort, and the ways stress or injury may be felt physically. Kate draws from several established bodywork modalities and adapts each session to the person in front of her.

A few good questions.
Feeling informed is part of feeling at ease. Here are answers to the questions people often bring to the work.
