Therapeutic Massage

Massage is an excellent way to begin reducing stress and taking good care of your health.  Research shows many physical and mental benefits from receiving a regular circulatory massage.  In addition, many common back, neck and joint complaints, such as whiplash, rotator cuff injuries, sciatica and general low back pain, are significantly alleviated through the professional application of more specific Therapeutic Massage modalities, such as Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release.

Kate has been Nationally Certified to practice Massage Therapy since 1994.  She graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in King of Prussia, Pa, in 1994, and has since completed several thousand hours of Continuing Education throughout the last two decades of her work in private practice.  Currently, she holds an active PA State Massage Therapy License.  She has completed all the requirements to receive Licensure in the State of Tennessee, and is expecting to have an Active Tennessee License by August 31, 2105.

Kate sincerely enjoys helping others to reduce stress and bringing her considerable years of experience to bear on stubborn, and often painful, muscle therapy conditions that have been unresponsive to more traditional medical treatments such as physical therapy, cortisone injections or surgery.

Here are a few videos that will give you a taste of the kinds of work Kate is able to draw from in treating your condition – be it Stress or Pain, or both.
